We have supported international news channels and media organizations covering important global issues such as human rights, climate change, humanitarian reporting, and social impact storytelling across Bangladesh. We have worked exclusively on Rohingya issues. From the early days of the brutal crackdown by the Myanmar military, we have been on the ground in cox’s Bazar Bangladesh to help the international community to bring the real news from the site. Besides that, we have given support to the production houses which are not based in Bangladesh in offshore filming during this pandemic situation.

We supported the production of What Does Three Degrees of Global Warming Look Like? published by The Economist. The project explored the long-term impact of rising global temperatures and climate vulnerability in Bangladesh, highlighting environmental risks, community resilience, and the human consequences of climate change through on-ground documentary storytelling and production support.
International News Coverage & Broadcast Support
We supported the production of How This Organisation Helps People Survive and Thrive After Disasters by The Earthshot Prize. he documentary showcased innovative climate resilience initiatives in Bangladesh, including mangrove restoration, floating healthcare services, and disaster-ready schools designed to strengthen vulnerable communities. The project highlighted sustainable solutions, environmental adaptation, community development, and long-term resilience efforts helping people prepare for climate-related challenges while improving health, education, and local livelihoods.
Rohingya Refugee Crisis & Humanitarian Reporting
Our team has worked extensively with international journalists, documentary crews, and global broadcasters covering the Rohingya refugee crisis in Cox’s Bazar. We provided local production coordination, fixer services, translation support, access management, and field logistics for sensitive reporting inside refugee camps, border regions, and humanitarian response areas across Bangladesh.
International News Coverage on the Rohingya Crisis
Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina accused Myanmar’s government of “atrocities” while urging the return of Rohingya refugees fleeing across the border into Bangladesh. Environmental Impact & Rohingya Refugee Documentary Support
Nree Productions supported the Bangladesh-side filming for Life After Conflict: Healing the Environmental Wounds of War by Al Jazeera English. We assisted with local coordination, location access, fixer support, and field logistics during production in Cox’s Bazar. The documentary explored the environmental impact of Rohingya displacement, including deforestation, wildlife disruption, and human-elephant conflict inside refugee camp areas affecting surrounding ecosystems and vulnerable local communities.
Documentary Filming Support for Rohingya Crisis Coverage
NREE Productions supported Channel 4 News during coverage of the Rohingya refugee crisis: Life in Bangladesh’s largest refugee camp in Cox’s Bazar. As more than 600,000 Rohingya refugees fled violence in Myanmar, the production documented humanitarian conditions inside the camps. Our team provided local production coordination, documentary fixer services, translation support, access management, field communication, and on-location logistical assistance throughout filming in Bangladesh.
